Reconnect to Server

Whenever Im connected to a server, and my pc goes to hibernation, when I turn the pc on it still showing the server with all the databases but I can't do anything because I'm not logged in.
I always have to disconnect and then connect. Would be possible to add a reconnect option after the disconnect option?

I need this function too. Most DB GUI tools has a reconnect function, it's really useful.
