Display Date in local time should format date on the local time format

Hello,
When enable the local time on the "Display Date In" option, the format is not following my local time format, for example:
As a Brazilian on GMT -3,
I would like to get that on my local time and formated as "dd/MM/yyyy, hh:MM:ss AM/PM" and not as "mm/DD/yyyy, hh:MM:ss AM/PM".
Example:
The Following date should be: "25/05/2018, 10:21:46 AM"
