add the --gzip flag to the mongorestore utility

In the CLI, mongorestore (v3.2) supports the --gzip flag (https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/program/mongorestore/), but the UI make no provision for this.
I like this idea 
This "gzip" option setting is not required. If you select a file with an extension of *.gz to restore, the GUI tool automatically adds "-gzip" flag to the generated command line.
