What do I do if I purchased the wrong type of license?

I purchased a personal license, but it turns out I need a commercial license in order to use kerberos authentication. Is it possible to upgrade my personal license to a commercial license? Alternately, would it be possible to be reimbursed for the personal license? If so, I can just purchase a new commercial license.
