Table mode is totally bugged

Hello. I'm a paid user and I find myself constantly struggling with table view.
Actual problems:
1) When you double-click an entry and it switches to Tree mode, after a couple times correctly opening the document you clicked, it no longer opens the right document but instead it keeps opening the first on the list, forever.
2) When you try to delete a document you focused, it does absolutely nothing.

If it still does not work, could you please send me some test data and detailed steps to recall the issue stably?
Why do we need test data? The issue may relate a specific data model, such as complex embedded document or array structure. We need some test data to recall the bug locally.
