NOSQLBOOSTER Version 4.7.4 does not load connection form in windows 10
Cannot Reproduce
I installed NOSQLBOOSTER in Windows 10, then I tried to connect File> Connect.
But the connection form does not appear, nor any error message, please kindly support it.

Please open developer toolbar to collect information for diagnostics.
