Please try the following steps:
1. Open C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\NoSQLBooster for MongoDB
2. copy app.json to backup it.
3. delete app.json
4. create an empty app.json file
5. re-open NoSQLBooster for MongoDB
