Editor inline popups are very annoying

Every time I hover with the mouse about a line of code, a popup with the description of the field pops up.

If I want to edit the line above that, it's hidden by that popup. Please add an option to disable those inline popups!

Mouse hovers over line 2, and then try to edit line 3:

You can press "ESC" to hide the mouse hover.

Thank you, but I don't need this popups at all, because, for me, they are no added value.

I'd love to see an option to turn them off.

Displaying tooltips too frequently is really a bit annoying. In 7.1, we increased the display delay of tooltip and menubutton from 100ms to 1000ms, hoping to partially solve this issue.

The tooltips in this app just freaking kill me, 1000ms delay be damned. Every single time I try to make an edit without being surgically precise about where I leave the cursor, some tooltip that I DO NOT CARE ABOUT gets in the way. Many times a day do I scream at my screen in rage over this; I've lost all patience.

Please. Please. An option to turn off tooltips (as has been suggested), or perhaps an option to reveal tooltips only when ALT is held, or something. Please, God, something.
