Copy or Cut current line

In VS Code or IntelliJ or any general editors, to copy or cut current line where cursor is.

We do not need to BLOCK/Select entire line and do Ctrl+C or Ctrl+X

Instead the cursor can be ON current line. And by above short cut, teh copy/cut operations. should be able to be done.

example: " db.g||etSiblingDB('sales')" (note: the cursor is between "g" and "e" in "get"

Please let me know, when/how easy to get this common feature.
