I suppose that you are using Windows.
Please follow the steps below
1) Open Registry. (regedit)
2) Backup and remove this key: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{227bc20d-e19b-5c52-9f1d-31ef30b24843}
3) Reinstall NoSQLBooster
