Unable to deactivate license

Hi, you have problem in your app. There is no working option to deactivate license. I usually doing reinstall of my computer few times in month. So without this option I run out of 5 devices very quickly, even if reinstalls are on same machine.

Due this thing I don't see your non-free version as option. Do you have plans to enable license management for users?

One personal/commercial license is for one user only, and up to two PCs can be activated at the same time, allowing reinstallation and deactivation.


How to deactivate NoSQLBooster?


To deactivate NoSQLBooster on your computer, launch NoSQLBooster for MongoDB, Click on "Help" > "Deactivate and Delete the License on This Computer" menu item.

If you are unable to perform this process for some reason (for example, stolen), you can also send us an email requesting that your license be reset.

I have a similar question. I just bouth a commercial license, however I am worried that I might somehow lose one of my computers where I am using the license (it could be stolen, destroyed or formatted).

In this case, I would not be able to manually deactivate my license. How would I do it, then? Can I contact support to do so?
