Cannot establish connection (local and remote) - CentOS 7

HI,

I currently own a licenced version of NoSQLBooster. When I try to make a connection, local/remote, it keeps connecting forever but doesn't actually connect. What should I do?

  • Can you connect successfully using mongo shell?
  • Please try "Test Connection" and check the result.

Can someone please provide a solution? This isn't what I purchased premium subscription for?

Linux has too many distributions. NoSQLBooster was compiled under Ubuntu. We have only tested it on Ubuntu16 and Ubuntu18. I installed centos7, and the product really doesn't work on centos7. In short, NoSQLBooster does not support centos7, and the problem cannot be solved in a short period of time. If you recently purchased NoSQLBooster and did not activate the software on other systems, you can apply for a refund, by email to sales@nosqlbooster.com

And, I tested NoSQLBooster 5.2 with centOS 8, it works well.
