Unable to locate mongo utilities

Gabriele Romanato shared this problem 3 years ago
Solved

System information:

MacOS Catalina v. 10.15.4

nosqlbooster Version 5.2.11 (5.2.11)

Tried to give full disk access to all the relevant mongo utilities (mongoexport, mongoimport, etc.) but to no avail. Tried to use different locations for mongo utilities (/usr/local/bin, /Users/username/mongodb/bin, etc.) but it did not work. Tried to use the $PATH env variable but still no results.

Thanks in advance.

Which MacOS version are you using? With the recent macOS 10.15 Catalina version, security rules have become more stringent. Full Disk Access is a pre-requisite for mongo binaries. You need to add mongo, mongoimport, mongoexport, mongorestore and mongodump to full disk access white list.

Correction, I am NOT seeing this behavior in v5.2.10 on Mac Catalina.
